摘要
免疫型复发性流产是指因自身免疫因素导致的连续发生自然流产2次及2次以上,在妊娠28周之前的胎儿丢失。中医药在治疗免疫型复发性流产方面具有巨大的潜力和优势,文章总结分析近年来中医对于免疫型复发性流产的研究文献,从中医对免疫型复发性流产的认识出发,介绍中药复方、中药单体、针灸、中西医结合以及中医特殊疗法治疗免疫型复发性流产的概况,总结中医药在治疗本病时的优势和不足,以期为今后免疫型复发性流产的研究及治疗提供新的参考。
Immune recurrent abortion refers to the loss of the fetus before 28 weeks of gestation caused by spontaneous abortion for 2 or more consecutive times due to autoimmune factors.TCM has great potential and advantages in the treatment of immune recurrent abortion.Summarized in recent years, this article analysis the literatures of TCM for immune type recurrent abortion, from the traditional Chinese medicine for the understanding of the immune type recurrent miscarriage, this paper introduces the compound Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine monomer, acupuncture and moxibustion, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine and TCM special therapy in the treatment of immune type recurrent miscarriage, sums up the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease, in order to provide a new reference for the future research and treatment of immune recurrent abortion.
