摘要
目的:分析自拟补肾益气清热法对封闭抗体(BA)低下反复自然流产(RSA)患者保胎成功率和免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年2月在我院接受治疗的72例BA低下RSA患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=36)与观察组(n=36)。两组均进行淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗(LIT),观察组另给予自拟补肾益气清热法治疗,对比两组患者的保胎成功率、免疫功能。结果:治疗三个月后,观察组主症与总中医证候积分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的中医症状总疗效率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗三个月后,观察组中31例(86.11%)患者BA转阳,明显高于对照组中的23例(63.89%)患者BA转阳(P<0.05)。治疗三个月后,观察组白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)指标明显高于对照组而肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组保胎成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟补肾益气清热法可进一步保障BA低下RSA患者的保胎成功率,提高BA转阳率,并有效减轻中医症状,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Self-made Bushen Yiqi Qingre Method on success rate of miscarriage preservation and immune function for patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)caused by shortage of blocking antibodies(BA).Methods:A total of 72 patients with RSA caused by shortage of BA who were treated in the hospital between February 2019 and February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a controlled group and an observation group according to the random number table method with 36 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with lymphocyte active immunotherapy(LIT),and the observation group was additionally treated by Self-made Bushen Yiqi Qingre Method.The success rate of miscarriage preservation and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the main symptom scores and total TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total response rate of TCM symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,BA turned positive in 31 patients(86.11%)in the observation group,and in 23 patients(63.89%)in the controlled group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-4(IL-4)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group,while tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The success rate of miscarriage preservation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Bushen Yiqi Qingre Method can further improve the success rate of miscarriage preservation,increase the positive conversion rate of BA,and effectively alleviate TCM symptoms in patients with RSA caused by shortage of BA.
