摘要
畜禽呼吸道疾病是由一种或几种细菌、病毒、寄生虫、衣原体、环境因素等相互协同作用引起的,是当前影响我国养殖业发展的主要疾病,常给养殖业造成较大的经济损失。细菌性呼吸道疾病可以用抗生素类药物治疗,但容易产生耐药性和药物残留问题;病毒性呼吸道疾病伴随细菌病的继发感染,常导致疫苗免疫失败。开发具有抗呼吸道病原、副作用小的中草药替代品具有重要的意义。传统中药方剂对于畜禽疾病有特殊的疗效,麻杏石甘汤具有良好的辛凉泄热、宣肺平喘之功效。通过查阅典籍与文献对麻杏石甘汤处方中药材的主要成分、药理作用和提取工艺进行综述,以期为麻杏石甘汤的药效及工艺改良提供参考依据。
Respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry are caused by one or several kinds of bacteria,viruses,parasites,chlamydia,environmental factors and other synergistic effects.They are the main diseases affecting the development of China’s breeding industry at present and often cause huge economic losses to the breeding industry.Bacterial respiratory diseases can be treated with antibiotics,but they are prone to drug resistance and drug residues;Viral respiratory diseases,accompanied by secondary infection of bacterial diseases,often lead to vaccine immunization failure.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop substitutes of Chinese herbal medicine with anti respiratory pathogens and small side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions have special effects on livestock and poultry diseases.Maxing Shigan Decoction has good effects of relieving heat,relieving lung and relieving asthma.The main ingredients,pharmacological effects and extraction process of Maxing Shigan decoction were reviewed by consulting ancient books and literatures,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the efficacy and process of Maxing Shigan decoction.
