深入分析影响高标准农田水利工程建设管理的因素,是全面提升高标准农田水利工程施工效率和施工质量的关键,因此项目后评估体系的应用就显得尤为重要。通过分析农田水利项目后评估的概念和具体方法,详细对比了定量评估与定性评估两种项目后评估体系的优劣,深入阐述了高标准农田水利工程项目后评估的具体操作方法和管理策略,以期为进一步优化高标准农田水利工程的建设和管理提供一定参考。
An in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the construction and management of high-standard farmland water conservancy projects is the key to comprehensively improving the construction efficiency and quality of high-standard farmland water conservancy projects. Therefore, the application of the project post-evaluation system is particularly important. By analyzing the concept and specific methods of post-evaluation of farmland water conservancy projects, the paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation in detail and expounds on the specific operation methods and management strategies of post-evaluation of high-standard farmland water conservancy projects. It provides some reference for further optimizing the construction and management of high-standard farmland water conservancy projects.
