摘要
目的:探讨国医大师严世芸教授的中医教育思想,为中医教育的改革与发展提供参考和借鉴。方法:对国医大师严世芸教授及其弟子开展访谈,结合相关期刊论文,运用扎根理论,进行初始编码、主轴编码、选择性编码三级编码,归纳国医大师严世芸教授的中医教育思想。结果:扎根理论三级编码获得国医大师严世芸教授中医教育思想的核心范畴为培养合格的中医人才,研究者从中医成长经历、反思中医教育和中医教育改革3个范畴分析国医大师严世芸教授中医教育思想的形成,其中中医成长经历的副范畴4个,分别为传统文化素养、通识教育、临床学习和经典学习;反思中医教育的副范畴2个,包括传统教育存在的缺点和现行中医教育的不足;中医教育改革副范畴3个,分别为转变教育理念,打造以学生为中心的教育体系;改变教育形式,结合人工智能和大数据建立新型的个性化教育平台;调整教育内容,顺应时代发展,适当增减不同课程的内容。结论:国医大师严世芸教授的中医教育思想是以“博约”为主旨,博观约取,厚积薄发,总结为:溯本追源,厘清中医学派传承,整合历代医家思想脉络;兼收并蓄,吸收各家特色,发展现代中医;坚守担当,既要坚守中医传承,又要勇于创新,担当时代先锋。严世芸教授认为中医教育者要具有一定的大局观和史学观,深入挖掘中医药的文化特质和哲理思维,实现传统与现代、理论与技术的统一,将古典与现代的教育理念结合,构建具有时代气息的中医教育之路。
Objective:To explore the Chinese medicine education thought of Professor Yan Shiyun,and to provide reference for the reform and development of Chinese medicine education.Methods:Interviews were conducted with Professor Yan Shiyun,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,and his disciples.Combined with relevant journal papers,grounded theory was used to carry out three-level coding of initial coding,axial coding and selective coding,and to summarize the educational thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine of Professor Yan Shiyun,a master of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The three-level coding of rooting theory obtained the core category of TCM education thought of Professor Yan Shiyun,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,is to cultivate qualified TCM talents.The researchers analyzed the formation of TCM education thought of Professor Yan Shiyun,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,from three categories:TCM growth experience,reflection on TCM education and TCM education reform.There are four subcategories of TCM growth experience,which are traditional cultural literacy,general education,clinical learning and classical learning.Reflection on 2 sub-categories of TCM education,including the shortcomings of traditional education and the lack of current TCM education;three sub-categories of Chinese medicine education reform,respectively,to change the educational philosophy,to create a student-centered education system;change the form of education,combined with artificial intelligence and big data to establish a new personalized education platform;adjust the content of education,conform to the development of the times,and appropriately increase or decrease the content of different courses.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine education thought of Professor Yan Shiyun,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,is based on"Bo Yue",which means broad reading and profound learning.It is summarized as:tracing the source,clarifying the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine school,and integrating the ideological context of doctors of all ages;eclectic,absorb the characteristics of each,the development of modern Chinese medicine;sticking to the responsibility.We must not only adhere to the heritage of traditional Chinese medicine but also own the courage to innovate,as a pioneer of the times.Professor Yan Shiyun believes that educators of traditional Chinese medicine should have a certain view of the overall situation and history,deeply explore the cultural characteristics and philosophical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,realize the unity of tradition and modernity as well as the theory and technology,combine classical and modern educational concepts,and build a road of traditional Chinese medicine education with the flavor of the times.
