摘要
党中央在二十大报告中提出要促进中医药传承创新发展,而中医护理学是中医药学的重要组成部分,中医药在新时代的传承创新发展离不开中医护理的强大助力。笔者及团队长期从事中医眼科护理的临床实践,将传统的中医护理技术引用于眼部,并结合眼周解剖特点,形成独具特色的中医眼科护理技术,如眼部雷火灸、腕踝针、揿针、眼面部刮痧、梅花针叩刺、眼部中药离子导入等,在干眼、近视、糖尿病视网膜病变等眼病的辅助治疗中收获了良好的疗效及患者反馈,而中医眼科特色护理方案及中医眼科护理人才的培养,是中医眼科护理可持续发展的基石。本文对中医眼科护理在新时代的发展方向进行展望与思考,以期在做好中医传统眼科护理传承的基础上,结合时代发展需求,开拓创新,使中医眼科护理更具活力。
In the reports of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the inheritance,innovation and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),and TCM nursing is an important part of TCM.The inheritance,innovation and development of TCM in the new era can not be separated from the strong support of TCM nursing.The author and her team have been engaged in the clinical practice of TCM ophthalmic nursing for a long time,who have introduced TCM nursing tecniques to the eye,combining with the anatomical characteristics around the eyes,and have formed unique TCM ophthalmic nursing techniques,such as eye thunder-fire moxibustion,wrist and ankle acupuncture,press needle,eye and face scraping,plumblossom needle tapping,eye TCM ion introduction,etc.Good efficacy and patient feedback have been achieved in the adjuvant treatment of many eye diseases such as dry eye,myopia,and diabetic retinopathy.Most importantly,the characteristic nursing program of TCM ophthalmology and the training of TCM ophthalmoc nursing talents are the cornerstone of the sustainable development of TCM ophthalmic nursing.This paper looks forward to and ponders over the development direction of TCM ophthalmic nursing in the new era,aiming to make TCM ophthalmic nursing more vigorous on the basis of inheriting TCM ophthalmic nursing as well as innovation and development combining with the development needs of the times.
