摘要
[目的/意义]新冠疫情下,国内外对图书馆的转型展开了大量的研究,但是缺乏对这一系列文献的系统性整理。[方法/过程]以五个主要的学术数据库(Scopus,Web of Science,Library,LISTA,LISA和中国知网)为文献检索来源,利用系统性文献研究方法,分类分析了新冠疫情期间图书馆提供的服务、面临的挑战和未来转型方向。[结果/结论]新冠疫情期间,图书馆服务供给主要包括防疫服务、在线服务和远程工作三类;图书馆面临着基础设施、工作场所焦虑和压力、新的寻求信息行为以及计划应对等方面的四大挑战。图书馆可以向四个方向转型,分别是基础设施及其外延拓展、社会意识树立、应急计划制定以及图书馆工作人员能力建设。这为图书馆在后疫情时代以及突发公共卫生事件下的转型,提供了学术线索参考。
[Purpose/significance]A great deal of researches have been conducted on library transformation under the COVID-19 pandemic,both domestically and internationally,but a systematic compilation of this part literature is lacking.[Method/process]The paper takes 5 main databases(Scopus,Web of Science,Library,LISTA,LISA and China Knowledge Network)for literature search source,uses systematic literature research approach,categorizes and analyzes the libraries services,the facing challenges and the future transformation direction during the COVID-19 pandemic.[Result/conclusion]During the COVID-19 pandemic,library service provisions include three main categories of prevention services,online services,and telework;Libraries face four categories of challenges from aspects of infrastructure,workplace anxiety and stress,new information seeking behavior and program response.There are 4 directions for them transforming such as infrastructure and its outreach expansion,social awareness building,contingency planning,and library staff capacity building.It provides academic clue references for library transformation in the post-pandemic era and under public health emergencies.
