摘要
为分析疫情下公共图书馆读者阅读心理的变化,筛选出八项指标,构建了疫情下读者对公共图书馆在线服务焦虑心理影响因素分析模型,完成了对公共图书馆读者焦虑状态的测度分析。研究表明,疫情下读者焦虑指数为3.219,高于正常时期学者测度的读者焦虑指数,这说明疫情期间,读者焦虑心理表现较平时稍高。最后,根据实证分析结果,提出了图书馆降低读者焦虑的若干对策。
In order to analyze the changes of public library readers’reading psychology under the epidemic,eight indicators were selected,and an analysis model was constructed to analyze the factors influencing public library readers’anxiety in online public book service under the epidemic situation,so as to measure and analyze the public library readers’anxiety state.The study showed that the anxiety index of readers under the epidemic situation was 3.219,slightly higher than that measured by scholars in normal times,indicating that the psychological performance of library anxiety during the epidemic period was slightly higher than that in normal times.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to reduce library anxiety.
