基于OBE的数控技术专业实践教学体系研究与构建

摘要 针对数控技术专业群传统机械加工实践教学与企业岗位能力要求脱节、实践教学环节不连贯、理论和实践教学未按计划实施以及师资力量薄弱等问题,采用成果导向教育(Outcome Based Education,OBE)理念优化综合实践教学内容,践行理论教学实践部分,推进校企合作订单班实践教学模式,共建跨企业培训中心,建设双师型教师队伍,同时引入企业项目整合教学资源。通过OBE理念实现教学体系重构,提高专业人才培养的质量和水平。 Based on numerical control technology professional group of traditional machining practice teaching and post competence requirements between practice teaching practice teaching link is not coherent theory did not carry out such problems as teachers strength is weak,Outcome Based Education(OBE)concept was adopted to optimize practical teaching content and practice of the combination of theory teaching and practice,continue to promote the cooperation between colleges order class practice teaching mode.Between colleges across the enterprise training center,the double type teachers team is constructed.At the same time,enterprise projects are introduced,talent evaluation system is reformed and integrated.Through the reconstruction of the practice teaching system under the OBE concept,the quality and level of professional personnel training can be improved.
