摘要
目的:探讨痤疮患者采用红蓝光治疗仪治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年1-9月山东省千佛山医院集团成武医院收治的156例痤疮患者为观察对象,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各78例。对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采取红蓝光治疗仪治疗。对比两组患者的临床总有效率、治疗前后各项症状评分、不良反应发生率及治疗满意度。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红蓝光治疗仪对痤疮患者有显著疗效,可尽快改善面部痤疮问题,减少不良反应的发生,同时还能满足患者对美观的需求,提高治疗的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of red and blue light therapeutic instrument in the treatment of acne patients. Methods:A total of 156 patients with acne treated in Chengwu Hospital of Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital Group from January2021 to September 2021 were selected as the observation objects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method with 78 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drug and the observation group was treated with red and blue light therapeutic instrument on the basis of control group. The total clinical effective rate, symptom scores before and after treatment, incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction with treatment in the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The red and blue light therapeutic instrument has significant curative effect in acne patients. It can improve the problem of facial acne as soon as possible, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, meet the needs of patients for beauty and improve the satisfaction with treatment.
