非蛋白氮在反刍家畜饲料豆粕减量替代中的潜力 被引量:6

摘要 反刍动物由于其独特的瘤胃功能,可以利用部分非蛋白氮(NPN),这是行业共识,但目前NPN推广使用中存在一些问题,致使实际使用量与潜在需求量相去甚远。我国反刍家畜饲用尿素年需求量在120万t以上,可替代535万t豆粕,相当于5487.2万亩耕地面积的大豆产出。因此,采取综合措施将NPN作为一种常规饲料原料应用于反刍家畜生产中,可成为饲料豆粕减量替代方案提效开源的有益补充。 Ruminants can utilize part of non-protein nitrogen(NPN)due to their unique rumen function,which is an industry consensus.However,there are some problems in the promotion and use of NPN at present,resulting in the actual use is far from the potential demand.The annual demand for feed grade urea in ruminant livestock in China is more than 1.2 million tons,which can replace 5.35 million tons of soybean meal,equivalent to the soybean output of 54.872 million mu of arable land.Therefore,comprehensive measures should be taken to apply NPN as a conventional feed ingredient in ruminant livestock production,which can be a beneficial supplement to improve efficiency and open source of soybean meal alternatives.
