摘要
“1+X”证书制度与活页式教材是中国特色现代职业教育体系建设的重点和方向,企业工作任务导向和职业技能等级标准是活页式教材的开发与设计的关键。以中职食品生物工艺专业中的典型工作任务分光光度计的使用为例,提供了基于“1+X”证书的活页教材开发设计流程、基本思路和样板,总结了基于“1+X”证书的活页教材教学亮点。
The“1+X”certificate system and loose-leaf teaching material are the focus and direction of the construction of a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.The key to the development and design of the loose-leaf teaching material is the task orientation of enterprises and the standard of vocational skill level.Taking the use of spectrophotometer in the typical work task of the food biotechnology specialty in secondary vocational school as an example,the development and design process and basic ideas of the loose-leaf teaching materials based on the“1+X”certificate are provided,and the teaching implementation is carried out.The teaching highlights of the loose-leaf teaching materials based on the“1+X”certificate are summarized.
