摘要
设计了一种基于摩擦纳米发电机(Triboelectric nanogenerator,TENG)的自供能低频振动传感器(Low-frequency sensor,LV-TENG),结合TENG发电理论和电学仿真阐明了该传感器电信号产生的基本原理,证明了LV-TENG在无需外接电源情况下即可实现对二维振动的监测。COMSOL软件仿真分析表明,基于TENG独立层工作模式,当带电聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)小球振动时,两侧电极输出电信号与小球振幅存在较强的线性关系。通过传感器振动特性试验,定量分析了不同振动角度下LV-TENG输出电信号与外部振动参数之间的关系。根据输出电信号特征量,所设计的LV-TENG可实现振动状态的精准判断。
A self-powered low-frequency vibration sensor(LV-TENG)based on triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)was designed.TENG power generation theory and electrical simulation are combined to clarify the basic principle of the sensor to generate electrical signals,and it is proved that LV-TENG can monitor two-dimensional vibration without external power supply.COMSOL simulation analysis shows that based on the Contact-Mode Freestanding Triboelectric Nanogenerator,there is a linear relationship between the electrical signals output from both sides of the electrode and the amplitude of the ball,when the charged polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)ball vibrates.Through the vibration characteristic experiment of the sensor,the relationship between the LV-TENG output electrical signal and the external vibration parameters under different angles is quantitatively analyzed.The LV-TENG can accurately judge the vibration state according to the characteristic quantity of the output electric signal.
