The Effect of Non-adaptive Cognitive Emotion Regulation on Depression in Senior High School Students:The Chain Mediating Effect of Experiential Avoidance and Cognitive Fusion

摘要目的:探讨非适应性认知情绪调节策略与高中生抑郁情绪的关系,并考量经验回避和认知融合在其中的作用机制。方法:采用认知情绪调节策略问卷(CERQ)、流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)、接纳与行动量表(AAQ-II)及认知融合量表(CFQ)对3040名高中生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)非适应性认知情绪调节策略与抑郁、经验回避及认知融合呈显著正相关(r=0.43、0.49和0.45,P<0.01),经验回避、认知融合与抑郁呈显著正相关(r=0.69和0.58,P<0.01)。(2)经验回避、认知融合分别在非适应性认知情绪调节策略与抑郁间起部分中介作用;经验回避和认知融合在非适应性认知情绪调节策略与抑郁间起链式中介作用。结论:本研究提示可通过改善非适应性认知情绪调节策略及提高心理灵活性来降低高中生的抑郁水平。 Objective:To explore the relationship between non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and depression of senior high school students,and to consider the mechanism of experiential avoidance and cognitive fusion.Methods:A total of 3040 senior high school students were investigated with Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(CERQ),the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D),Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-II(AAQ-II)and Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ).Results:(1)Non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies was significantly positively correlated with depression,experiential avoidance and cognitive fusion(r=0.43,0.49 and 0.45,P<0.01);experiential avoidance and cognitive fusion were significantly positively correlated with depression(r=0.69 and0.58,P<0.01).(2)Experiential avoidance and cognitive fusion played independent mediating roles between non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and depression;Experiential avoidance and cognitive fusion played a chain mediating role between non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and depression.Conclusion:This study suggesting that the level of depression in senior high school students can be reduced by improving non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and improving psychological flexibility.
