摘要
研究旨在探究不同沙蒿多糖组合添加制剂对滩羊羔羊肠道菌群多样性的影响。选用60只断奶滩羊公羔,随机分为4组,每组15个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组断奶滩羊饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、2组、3组分别在基础日粮中添加5.5 g/d沙蒿多糖+5.5 g/d包被丁酸钠、5.5 g/d沙蒿多糖+5.5 g/d丁酸甘油酯、5.5 g/d沙蒿多糖+1.1 g/d莫能菌素。试验期60 d。结果显示:试验2组羔羊十二指肠中厚壁菌门和回肠中疣微菌门的相对丰度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验3组羔羊空肠中放线菌门的相对丰度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验1组羔羊十二指肠中Sharpea和Solanum_torvum的相对丰度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组羔羊十二指肠中Solanum_torvum的相对丰度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而空肠中乙酸菌属相对丰度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在日粮中添加沙蒿多糖组合制剂可增加滩羊羔羊肠道菌群的多样性,调节并改善断奶滩羊公羔的肠道微生物区系,以沙蒿多糖+包被丁酸钠组和沙蒿多糖+丁酸甘油酯效果较好。
The study was to explore the effect of different Artemisia polysaccharide combination supplementation preparations on intestinal microbiota diversity of Tan lambs. A total of 60 Tan lambs were randomly divided into four groups, with 15 replicates in each group and one sheep in each replicate. Tan lambs in control group were fed with basal diet. Tan lambs group 1, group 2 and group 3 were supplemented with 5.5 g/d Artemisia polysaccharide +5.5 g/d coated sodium butyrate, 5.5 g/d Artemisia polysaccharidee +5.5 g/d butyrate, 5.5 g/d Artemisia polysaccharide +1.1 g/d monensin in basal diet, respectively. The experiment lasted for 60 d. The results showed that the relative abundance of Firmicutes in duodenum and Verrucomicrobia in ileum of group 2 were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the relative abundance of Actinobacteria in jejunum of group 3 was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The relative abundances of Sharpea and Solanum_torvum in duodenum of group 1 were lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The relative abundances of Solanum_torvum in duodenum of group 2 was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05), and the relative abundance of Acetitomaculum was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the combination of Artemisia polysaccharide in diet can increase the diversity of bacteria, improve the intestinal microflora of Tan lambs. Artemisia polysaccharide + coated sodium butyrate group and Artemisia polysaccharide + butyrate glyceride group have better effect.
