摘要
为研究饲粮中添加丁酸钠对蛋雏鸡盲肠微生物的影响,选取1日龄健康、体重相近的罗曼褐蛋公雏120只,随机分成2个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂添加0.1%丁酸钠的饲粮,试验期42 d。试验结束后,每处理组随机选取6只鸡,测定其生长性能,再从中选出体重相近且状态良好的3只作为测序样本,收集盲肠食糜样,并应用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术分析盲肠微生物。结果表明:(1)丁酸钠组雏鸡体重、平均日增重(ADG)、料肉比等指标均优于对照组,丁酸钠组平均日采食量(ADFI)较对照组显著降低1.52%(P <0.05);(2)两组间优势菌门均为拟杆菌门、厚壁菌门和变形菌门。丁酸钠组变形菌门含量较对照组极显著降低44.8%(P <0.01);(3)与对照组相比,丁酸钠组拟杆菌属、梭菌XⅣa类群、梭菌XⅧa类群等含量显著提高(P <0.05);丁酸钠组乳酸杆菌属含量显著提高38.6%(P <0.05),埃希氏菌属/志贺氏菌属含量极显著降低71.4%(P <0.01);(4)丁酸钠组盲肠菌群丰度,Shannon和Simpson指数显著提高(P <0.05)。综上说明,饲粮中添加丁酸钠有利于促进雏鸡生长,且能平衡肠道菌群,提高菌群丰度和多样性,使微生物种类更多,均匀性更好。
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effect of diets supplemented with sodium butyrate on cecal microorganisms of layer chicks.A total of 120 healthy 1-day-old Roman male chicks with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 6 replicates per group(10 chicks per replicate).The birds in control group were fed basal diet(group C).The birds in treatment group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1%sodium butyrate(group SB).The experiment lasted for 42 d.After the experiment,6 chicks per group were randomly selected and measured its growth performance,then the cecal chyme of three healthy and having similar body weight chicks among them were collected to analysis microorganism diversity by Illumina MiSeq sequencing technology.The results showed that:(1)The body weight,average daily gain(ADG)and feed conversion ratio(FCR)of chicks in group SB were better than group C.Compared with group C,the average daily feed intake(ADFI)in group SB was significantly decreased by 1.52%(P<0.05).(2)The two groups of dominant bacteria were all Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes and Proteobacteria.Compared with group C,Proteobacteria in group SB was extremely significantly decreased by 44.8%(P<0.01).(3)Compared with group C,Bacteroide,Clostridium XlVa and Clostridium XVIII in group SB were significantly increased(P<0.05).Lactobacillus in group SB was significantly increased by 38.6%(P<0.05),Escherichia/Shigella was extremely significantly decreased by 71.4%(P<0.01).(4)The abundance of cecal microorganism,shannon index and simpson index of group SB were increased significantly(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding sodium butyrate in diet could promote the growth of chicks,balance intestinal microorganism,increase the abundance and diversity of microorganism,make more microorganism species and better uniformity.
