摘要
目的 观察中医特色护理对血瘀气滞型腰椎间盘突出症疗效的影响。方法 选取2020年9月-2021年9月就诊于福建省漳州市中医院骨科的80例血瘀气滞型腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用数字表随机化将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理及西医疗法,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中医特色护理。比较2组治疗前及治疗2周后VAS评分、日本骨科学JOA腰腿痛评分及护理满意度。结果 观察组的VAS评分(2.02±0.54),低于对照组评分(3.42±0.73);观察组的JOA腰腿痛评分(27.52±0.24),高于对照组评分(24.07±0.73);观察组总有效率92.5%(37/40),观察组的护理总满意率97.5%(39/40),分别高于对照组的75.0%(30/40)和90.0%(36/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医特色护理能有效改善血瘀气滞型腰椎间盘突出症患者临床症状,提高护理满意度。
(Department of Orthopedics, Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fujian Province, Zhangzhou 363000, China)Abstraet:Objeetive To observe the characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on the therapeutic effect of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion of blood stasis and qi stagnation type. Methods From September 2020 to September 2021, 80 patients with blood stasis and qi stagnation type lumbar disc herniation in Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by number table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and western medicine therapy, while the observation group received TCM characteristic nursing on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The VAS score, JOA score of lumbar and leg pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. Results The VAS score of the observation group was(2.02± 0.54), which was lower than that of the control group(3.42± 0.73). The JOA score of lumbar and leg pain in the observation group(27.52± 0.24) was higher than that in the control group(24.07± 0.73). The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%(37/40), and the nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%(39/40), which were higher than those of the control group 75.0%(30/40) and 90.0%(36/40), and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM characteristic nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with blood stasis and qi stagnation type of lumbar disc herniation and improve nursing satisfaction.
