摘要
文章基于系统观分析唐容川与傅青主对于崩漏的治疗思想,发现两者均具有独到而系统的理论架构及治法方药。唐容川认为崩漏虽是血病,但其病机关键为脾气虚,认为治疗崩漏总以治脾为主。傅青主则从肝、脾、肾三脏立论,注重滋补。医者可以在学习他们的证治思路的基础上,根据自身经验治疗崩漏,以期取得满意疗效。
In the article,TCM masters TANG Rongchuan and FU Qingzhu’s thoughts of treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis are analyzed based on systemic view,and it is found that both of them have unique and systematic theories and prescriptions.TANG Rongchuan believes that the pathogenesis of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is deficiency of spleen Qi(气),and the treatment should focus on spleen.FU Qingzhu treat metrorrhagia and metrostaxis from the three aspects of liver,spleen and kidney,and focusing on nourishing.The article proposes that doctors can treat metrorrhagia and metrostaxis according to their own experience on the basis of academic thoughts of TANG Rongchuan and FU Qingzhu,in order to obtain satisfactory curative effect.
