摘要
基于健康老龄化理念,在现有的社区养老服务体系基础上,研究构建新型社区养老服务体系——社区“体医养”结合养老服务体系。该服务体系是以社区为依托,政府主导,多部门协作,社区服务机构、家庭和社会力量等多元供给主体参与,服务内容主要是体育活动服务、预防保健服务、疾病诊疗服务和健康照护服务,全方位保障老年人的养老服务需求,从而实现社区内体育、医疗和养老等资源的有效融合,提升老年人的养老水平。基于此,分析当前社区“体医养”结合养老服务发展面临的困境,并提出相应的对策建议。
Based on the concept of healthy aging,and on the basis of the existing community elderly care service system,research and build a new community elderly care service system—community“physical medical care”combined elderly care service system.The service system is based on the community,government-led,multi-sectoral collaboration,community service agencies,families and social forces and other diverse supply entities participating.The service content mainly includes sports activity services,preventive health services,disease diagnosis and treatment services,and health care services.Fully guarantee the elderly’s needs for elderly care services.Realize the effective integration of resources such as sports,medical care,and elderly care in the community,and improve the elderly’s elderly care level.Research and analyze the current difficulties faced by the development of community“physical medical care”combined with elderly care services,and propose relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
