摘要
采用醇解法对动车组座椅垫泡沫材料进行回收,研究了不同醇解剂和催化剂对醇解产物的影响,对醇解产物采用红外光谱进行表征。将醇解产物用于轨道用弹性垫板的制备。试验结果表明:选用适当的醇解剂和催化剂,可以将泡沫材料进行有效醇解,醇解产物可以以质量比3%~5%的添加量用于弹性垫板的生产。
Recycling polyol from the foam of seat cushion for EMU by alcoholysis and influence of different alcoholysis agent and catalyticagent were studied. The product of alcoholysis was identified by IR and was used in elastic pad for rail transit fasten system. The results show that the alcoholysis of foam can be carried out by using proper alcoholysis agent and catalyticagentand. The product of alcoholysis added in preparation of elastic pad should be between 3%~5% by mass.
