摘要
本文对废旧聚氨酯软泡进行醇解研究,从中分离回收聚合物多元醇,并对产物进行红外分析和羟值测定;以回收的多元醇、聚合MDI、硅油、二月桂酸二丁基锡等物料为原料进行发泡,通过泡沫结构和官能团分析确定其为聚氨酯。研究表明醇解得到的多元醇可以用于制备新的聚氨酯泡沫。
In this paper, the alcoholysis process of waste flexible polyurethane foams were studied to obtain separating recycling polymer polyols. Infrared spectra and the hydroxyl value of the upper separated polyurethane polyol were measured. The recovered polyols was mixed with polymeric MDI, silicone oil, dibutyl tin and other materials for the preparation of polyurethane foam. Polyurethane foam structure analysis and functional group tests identified the product as a polyurethane structure. Studies have shown that the polyol alcoholysis obtained can be recycled and utilized for the preparation of new polyurethane foam.
