摘要
新冠肺炎疫情给国际教育援助带来巨大挑战,提出了更现实的要求,同时也为美国扩大教育影响提供了机遇。疫情背景下,美国所坚持的国际教育援助活动呈现出如下特征:坚持服务国家利益的战略导向,但针对疫情防控新形势也能够变通其教育援助的具体举措;进一步加强对受援国教育发展的指导和干预,并在国际上继续扮演教育援助的领袖角色。未来,美国将加强对多边国际组织的影响,改进远程学习技术,巩固其在教育援助领域的国际领导地位。
The COVID-19 pandemic poses a huge challenge to international education assistance,and also raises more realistic demands,which provides an opportunity for the United States to expand its educational impact.The United States’ international education assistance activities show the following characteristics:it insists on serving national interests,but can adapt its education assistance to the new situation of epidemic prevention and control;The United States further strengthen its guidance and intervention in the development of education in recipient countries,and continue to play a leading role in international education assistance.In the future,the United States will strengthen its influence on international organizations,improve distance learning technologies,and consolidate its leadership in international education assistance.
