疫苗接种对连花清瘟颗粒治疗新冠效果的影响探究

Influence of vaccination on the treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019 by Lianhua Qingwen granules

摘要 目的 探讨疫苗接种对连花清瘟颗粒治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19,新冠)效果的影响。方法 选取200例新冠患者作为研究对象,根据患者是否采用连花清瘟颗粒治疗分为连花清瘟颗粒治疗组(102例)和非连花清瘟颗粒治疗组(98例)。两组均先行西医常规治疗,连花清瘟颗粒治疗组不使用西药退热剂而服用连花清瘟颗粒治疗。比较两组患者的退热天数、核酸转阴天数;连花清瘟颗粒治疗组中接种疫苗与未接种疫苗患者的退热天数、核酸转阴天数,不同疫苗接种次数患者的退热天数、核酸转阴天数;分析服用连花清瘟颗粒患者疫苗接种次数与退热天数和核酸转阴天数的相关性;分析典型病例的肺部影像学特征。结果 连花清瘟颗粒治疗组的退热天数(2.55±1.56)d明显短于非连花清瘟颗粒治疗组的(5.10±2.68)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。连花清瘟颗粒治疗组的核酸转阴天数(5.26±1.27)d明显短于非连花清瘟颗粒治疗组的(7.20±3.23)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。连花清瘟颗粒治疗组中接种疫苗患者的退热天数为(1.55±0.71)d,短于未接种疫苗患者的(3.76±1.45)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);接种疫苗患者的核酸转阴天数为(4.64±1.41)d,明显短于未接种疫苗患者的(6.02±0.39)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。疫苗接种0、1、2、3次患者的退热天数分别为(3.76±1.45)、(2.00±1.00)、(1.40±0.58)、(1.64±0.78)d,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);疫苗接种1、2、3次患者的退热天数短于疫苗接种0次患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疫苗接种0、1、2、3次患者的核酸转阴天数分别为(6.02±0.39)、(6.00±0.00)、(4.64±1.41)、(4.50±1.43)d,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);疫苗接种2、3次患者的核酸转阴天数均短于疫苗接种0次患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但疫苗接种0次与1次患者、疫苗接种2次与3次患者的核酸转阴天数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析显示,服用连花清瘟颗粒患者的疫苗接种次数与退热天数和核酸转阴天数均呈负相关(r=-0.660、-0.557, P<0.05)。结论 接种过疫苗的新冠患者的退热时间、核酸转阴时间均明显短于未接种疫苗患者,而且有疫苗接种次数越多临床疗效越好的倾向。 Objective To discuss the influence of vaccination on the treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) by Lianhua Qingwen granules. Methods A total of 200 patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019 were selected for the study, and were divided into Lianhua Qingwen granule treatment group(102 patients)and non-Lianhua Qingwen granule treatment group(98 patients) according to whether the patients were treated with Lianhua Qingwen granule or not. Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine first, and the Lianhua Qingwen granule treatment group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen granules instead of western medicine antipyretic agent. Comparison was made on fever subsiding time and nucleic acid negative conversion time between the two groups, fever subsiding time and nucleic acid conversion time in vaccinated and nonvaccinated patients in Lianhua Qingwen granule treatment group, fever subsiding time and nucleic acid conversion time in patients with different number of vaccinations. The correlation between the number of vaccinations and fever subsiding time and nucleic acid negative conversion time in patients taking Lianhua Qingwen granules was analyzed, and the pulmonary imaging features in typical cases was analyzed. Results The fever subsiding time in Lianhua Qingwen granule treatment group was(2.55±1.56) d, which was significantly shorter than(5.10±2.68) d in non-Lianhua Qingwen granule treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The nucleic acid negative conversion time in Lianhua Qingwen granule treatment group was(5.26±1.27) d, which was significantly shorter than(7.20±3.23) d in non-Lianhua Qingwen granule treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). In Lianhua Qingwen granule treatment group, the fever subsiding time of the vaccinated patients was(1.55±0.71) d, which was shorter than(3.76±1.45) d of the unvaccinated patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The nucleic acid negative conversion time of the vaccinated patients was(4.64±1.41) d, which was significantly shorter than(6.02±0.39) d of unvaccinated patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The fever subsiding time of patients vaccinated 0, 1, 2 and 3 times were(3.76±1.45),(2.00±1.00),(1.40±0.58) and(1.64±0.78) d, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). The fever subsiding time of patients vaccinated 1, 2 and 3 times was shorter than that of patients vaccinated 0 time, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nucleic acid negative conversion time of patients vaccinated 0, 1, 2 and 3 times were(6.02±0.39),(6.00±0.00),(4.64±1.41)and(4.50±1.43) d, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). The nucleic acid negative conversion time of patients vaccinated 2 and 3 times was shorter than that of patients vaccinated 0 time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). However, there was no statistically significant difference in nucleic acid conversion time between patients vaccinated 0 and 1 time, patients vaccinated 2 and 3 times(P>0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the number of vaccinations was negatively correlated with the fever subsiding time and nucleic acid negative conversion time in patients taking Lianhua Qingwen granule(r=-0.660,-0.557;P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with unvaccinated patients, the fever subsiding time and nucleic acid negative conversion time of vaccinated patients are significantly shorter, and the more times of vaccination, the better the clinical efficacy.
