摘要
目的探讨精细化管理理念下的医院文化建设的价值。方法盐城市第一人民医院于2015—2016年实施精细化管理,将其设定为观察组;将2013—2014年常规管理作为对照组。两组均为同一批医护人员,共50名,且每组对应患者1000例。分析不同管理下医院感染发生率、医院环境分区合格率、医院职工服务文明合格率及患者投诉事件发生率、患者满意度。结果观察组医护人员服务文明合格率96.00%、医院环境分区合格率98.00%明显高于对照组,投诉事件发生率6.00%明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度、医院感染发生率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于精细化管理理念下的医院文化建设,能够完善医院规章制度,提升医院软文化建设,改善医院环境,改善职工精神文明,以此实现患者满意度的提升。
Objective To explore the value of hospital culture construction under the concept of refined management.Methods The Yancheng First People's Hospital implemented refined management from 2015 to 2016,which was set as an observation group.Conventional management from 2013 to 2014 was set as the control group.Both groups were the same group of medical and nursing staff,50 in total,and each group corresponded to 1000 patients.The incidence of hospital infection,the qualified rate of hospital environment zoning,the qualified rate of hospital staff service civilization and the incidence of patient complaint events,and patient satisfaction were analyzed under different management.Results In the observation group,96.00%of medical and nursing staffs'service civilization qualification rate and 98.00%of hospital environment zoning qualification rate were significantly higher than those in the control group,and 6.00%of complaint events were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction and incidence of hospital infection in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital culture construction based on the concept of refined management can improve hospital rules and regulations,enhance hospital soft culture construction,improve the hospital environment,and improve the spiritual civilization of workers,so as to achieve the improvement of patient satisfaction.
