摘要
目的评价腓骨长短肌中频电刺激辅助治疗脑卒中后足内翻的预后效果。方法66例脑卒中后足内翻患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组33例。对照组采取常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上辅助腓骨长短肌中频电刺激治疗。比较两组治疗前后的相关评分[改良Ashworth量表(MAS)、Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评定量表(FMA-L)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分],相关治疗指标[10 m最大步行速度(MWS)、足内翻角度、足内翻症状评分]。结果治疗4周后,观察组患者的MAS评分(1.50±0.30)分低于对照组的(2.50±0.50)分,FMA-L评分(26.70±1.20)分、BBS评分(37.05±6.50)分高于对照组的(20.60±1.50)、(20.50±5.50)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组患者的10 m MWS(31.20±2.50)m/min大于对照组的(27.30±1.50)m/min,足内翻角度(10.50±1.20)°小于对照组的(14.05±1.50)°,足内翻症状评分(12.50±2.20)分低于对照组的(19.50±2.50)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规康复治疗的基础上辅助腓骨长短肌中频电刺激治疗,可以有效改善脑卒中后足内翻患者的症状体征,促进患者恢复。
Objective To evaluate the prognostic effect of medium frequency electrical stimulation of peroneus longus and brevis muscles in auxiliary treatment of patients with post-stroke strephenopodia.Methods A total of 66 patients with post-stroke strephenopodia were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random numerical table,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group was treated with medium frequency electrical stimulation of peroneus longus and brevis muscles on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of relevant scores[modified Ashworth scale(MAS),Fugl-Meyer assessment scale for lower extremity(FMA-L),Berg balance scale(BBS)score],relevant treatment indexes[10 m maximum walking speed(MWS),strephenopodia angle,strephenopodia symptom score].Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the MAS score(1.50±0.30)points in the observation group was lower than(2.50±0.50)points in the control group;the FMA-L score(26.70±1.20)points and BBS score(37.05±6.50)points in the observation group were higher than(20.60±1.50)and(20.50±5.50)points in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the 10 m MWS(31.20±2.50)m/min in the observation group was greater than(27.30±1.50)m/min in the control group;the strephenopodia angle(10.50±1.20)°in the observation group was smaller than(14.05±1.50)°in the control group;the strephenopodia symptom score(12.50±2.20)points in the observation group was lower than(19.50±2.50)points in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy,medium frequency electrical stimulation of peroneus longus and brevis muscles can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with post-stroke strephenopodia and promote the recovery of patients.
