摘要
针对谷物联合收获机工况复杂,工作稳定性差,故障率高等问题,提出一种谷物联合收获机智能调控系统,辅助操作人员监测谷物联合收获机作业状态与工况,对系统硬件选型和软件设计进行系统论述,最后通过田间试验进行系统性能测试,研究结果可以为谷物联合收获机智能化发展提供技术参考,对于提高农业生产自动化和智能化水平具有一定的推动作用。
Aiming at the problems of complex working conditions,poor working stability and high failure rate of grain combine harvesters,an intelligent control system for grain combine harvesters is proposed,which assists operators in monitoring the working conditions and working conditions of grain combine harvesters,systematically discusses the system hardware selection and software design,and finally tests the system performance through field experiments.The research results can provide technical reference for the intelligent development of grain combine harvesters.It will play a certain role in promoting the level of agricultural production automation and intelligence.
