摘要
根据《检验检测机构资质认定生态环境监测机构评审补充要求》(国市监检测〔2018〕245号)规定,首次使用新的标准方法前,应开展该标准方法的方法验证活动,并选用至少一种实际样品进行测定^([1])。本文就《水质铜、锌、铅、镉的测定原子吸收分光光度法》(GB7475-87)开展方法验证,本文依据该标准方法要求的实验操作流程开展方法验证工作,对本标准方法中涉及的“人”“机” “料”“环”“法”“测”六方面进行逐一验证。通过对本方法所涉及的人员监测技术能力、采样分析仪器和设施、环境条件、药品试剂材料、标准溶液及物质、方法性能指标(如线性范围及标准曲线、检出限及测定下限、准确度、精密度)等内容进行验证,并同时对地表水、废水及加标回收率进行测定,并对验证结果进行分析。
According to the Supplementary Requirements for the Evaluation of the Qualification of Inspection and Testing Institutions and Ecological Environment Monitoring Institutions (GSJT 〔2018〕No.245),before using the new standard method for the first time,the method validation of the standard method shall be carried out,and at least one actual sample shall be selected for measurement^([1]).In this paper,the method validation was carried out on the Water Quality Determination of Copper,Zinc,Lead and Cadmium by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (GB 7475-1987).This paper carried out the method validation according to the experimental operation process required by the standard method,and verified the "human" "machine" "material" "ring" "method" and "measurement" involved in the standard method one by one.The technical ability of personnel involved in this method,sampling equipment,analytical instruments and facilities,environmental conditions,key pharmaceutical reagent materials,standard solutions and substances,method performance indicators (such as linear range and standard curve,detection limit and lower limit of determination,accuracy,precision),etc.are verified,and the actual water samples (surface water,waste water) and spiking recovery rate are measured at the same time,the verification results are analyzed.
