电火花辅助电弧高效铣削技术智能化 数控系统设计 被引量:2

Research on Intelligent CNC System of Electrical Discharge Assisted Arc Milling

摘要 电火花辅助电弧高效铣削技术在高温合金、钛合金、不锈钢及铝基复合材料等高强、高硬、耐磨的传统难加工材料中得到了较好应用,在适当的工艺参数下,可达到较高的加工效率和较好的表面质量。针对电火花辅助电弧高效铣削技术,开展了智能化数控系统的研究工作。该智能化数控系统主要包括数据实时采集模块、伺服运动智能控制模块、智能状态识别模块、数字孪生与远程监控模块、工艺参数数据库模块等,由云端服务器和本地机床端构成,有效提升了该技术的智能化程度。 Electrical discharge assisted arc milling has been well applied in traditional difficult-to-cut materials with high strength,high hardness,and wear resistance,such as superalloys,titanium alloys,stainless steels,and aluminum-based composite materials.Under proper machining parameters,higher machining efficiency and better processing surface quality can be achieved.This paper studies the control system based on electrical discharge assisted arc milling.The control system mainly includes a real-time data acquisition module,a servo motion control module,an intelligent state recognition module,a digital twin and remote monitoring module,and a processing parameter database module.Using cloud servers and local machine tools effectively improves the intelligence of electrical discharge assisted arc milling technology.
