摘要
党的二十大报告对科教兴国战略进行了新的阐释。高校图书馆应主动适应国家科教兴国战略需要,根据学校办学特色和发展目标定位,不断加强特色资源建设,以治理水平现代化、资源数字化、技术智能化、服务精准化来统筹推进高校图书馆现代化建设,实现高校图书馆高质量发展。
The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China gives a new explanation to the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. University libraries should actively adapt to the needs of national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, and continuously strengthen the construction of characteristic resources according to the school-running characteristics and the orientation of development goals. The modernization of university library should be promoted with the modernization of management level, digitalization of resources, intelligentization of technology and precision of service, so as to realize the high-quality development of university library.
