摘要
如何推动企业持续稳定发展,成为饲料企业重要的研究内容。当前,部分饲料企业将低成本运营、专一化经营作为新时期企业发展的目标。由于饲料行业门槛低、同质化严重、行业利润率较低,降低成本成为诸多饲料企业选择的发展战略。成本管理是现代企业管理中的重要方式之一,饲料企业在不断的应用和实践中取得了一定的成效,但仍存在一些问题。论文从成本管理的概念出发,简述饲料企业成本管理的现状,重点分析饲料企业成本管理的现存问题,并结合实际情况提出优化策略,旨在进一步提升饲料企业的成本管理质量。
How to promote the sustainable and stable development of enterprises has become an important research content of feed enterprises.At present,some feed enterprises take low-cost operation and specialized operation as the development goals of enterprises in the new era.Due to the low threshold,serious homogenization and low profit margin of the feed industry,reducing cost has become the development strategy chosen by many feed enterprises.Cost management is one of the important ways in modern enterprise management.Feed enterprises have made some achievements in continuous application and practice,but there are still some existing problems.Starting from the concept of cost management,this paper briefly describes the current situation of cost management in feed enterprises,emphatically analyzes the current problems of cost management in feed enterprises,and puts forward optimization strategies combined with the actual situation,so as to further improve the quality of cost management in feed enterprises.
