摘要
目的:探讨皓齿Opalustre微研磨糊剂联合渗透树脂、微研磨治疗氟斑牙的美学效果。方法:选择2018年2月-2021年1月在笔者科室就诊的72例氟斑牙患者(共424颗氟斑牙)为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(微研磨+皓齿Opalustre微研磨糊剂治疗,36例,共214颗氟斑牙)和联合组(微研磨+皓齿Opalustre微研磨糊剂+渗透树脂治疗,36例,共210颗氟斑牙)。对比两组患者治疗前后牙面色度学阶,美白效果、着色点脱色率及满意度。结果:治疗前,两组患者牙面色度学阶对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组牙面色度学阶低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组轻度氟斑牙患者美白总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组中度和重度患者美白效果总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组轻度氟斑牙患者治疗后1周、治疗后3个月着色点脱色率对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1周、治疗后3个月,联合组中度和重度患者着色点脱色率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗即刻、治疗后6个月,患者满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皓齿Opalustre微研磨糊剂联合渗透树脂、微研磨治疗氟斑牙可有效降低牙面色度学阶、增强中、重度患者的美白效果,提高着色点脱色率,同时提升患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the aesthetic ef fect of Opalustre micro-abrasive paste combined with resin penetration and micro-abrasive in the treatment of dental fl uorosis.Methods 72 patients with dental fl uorosis(a total of 424 dental fl uorosis)were selected from February 2018 to January 2021 in the dentistry of our hospital,and they were divided into a control group(micro grinding+opalustre micro grinding)using a random number table method.Abrasive paste treatment,36 cases with 214dental fluorosis)and the combined group(micro-abrasive+Opalustre micro-abrasive paste+penetration resin treatment,36cases with 210 dental fl uorosis).To compare the chromaticity grades of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.The whitening effect,decolorization rate and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically signifi cant dif ference in the chromaticity of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the chromaticity of the combined group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant dif ference in the total ef fective rate of whitening between the two groups of patients with mild dental fl uorosis(P>0.05).The total ef fective rate of whitening in the moderate and severe patients in the combination group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically signifi cant dif ference between the two groups of patients with mild dental fl uorosis 1 week after treatment and 3 months after treatment in the discoloration rate of stained spots(P>0.05).The combination group was moderate in 1 week after treatment and 3 months after treatment The discoloration rate of stained spots in severe and severe patients was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the combination group immediately after treatment and 6 months after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Opalustre microabrasive paste combined with resin penetration and micro-abrasive treatment of dental fluorosis can effectively reduce the chromaticity of the tooth surface,improve the whitening ef fect and decolorization rate of the stained spots in moderate and severe patients,and also improve patient satisfaction.
