摘要
金属管道的构件,特别是一些含有危险气体和液体的压力性管道,在进行厚壁管焊接后,需要进行焊接接头的“探伤”检测。通过一些实际工作经验对厚壁管焊接接头中间射线检验技术进行了探究和分析,为同行业人员提供了如何在中间检验过程中。运用射线探照技术进行有效焊接缺陷检验方面的经验,降低了未来在焊接工艺检验中漏检的概率,阻止了对可能出现危险性的缺陷漏检行为,并提供了探伤工艺的参考。
Metal pipeline components,especially some pressure pipelines containing dangerous gases and liquids,require "flaw detection" testing of welded joints after thick-walled pipe welding. Through some practical work experience of thick-walled pipe welding joint intermediate radiographic inspection technology has been explored and analyzed,to provide the same industry personnel how to intermediate inspection process. The use of radiographic inspection technology for effective welding defect inspection experience,to reduce the probability of future leakage in the welding process inspection,to prevent the possibility of dangerous defects leakage behavior,and to provide a reference for the flaw detection process.
