自供热复合磁吸式微流控纸芯片加热层的研究 被引量:1

Research on the Heating Layer of Self-heating Composite Magnetic Microfluidic Paper Chip for Pesticide Residue Detection

摘要 目前,基于酶抑制法设计的多层农残检测微流控纸芯片内置加热层以生石灰遇水放热为供热原理,放热不稳定,泄露后影响酶抑制检测反应正常进行。针对以上问题,以选择安全稳定的铁粉电氧化反应作为供热原理,设计自供热复合磁吸式微流控农残检测纸芯片的加热层,保证酶反应时所需温度,并兼顾供热效果、成本与纸芯片体积。对加热层参数进行优化,结果表明:进水区直径为20mm,混合粉末中包含铁粉1.00g、活性炭0.10 g、NaCl0.20g,进水量为100μL;误差补偿后的相对误差为4.0%。加热层释放热量基本可以满足茶叶收获时期在室内进行酶抑制检测的温度需求,在解决纸基微流控纸芯片需外置供温设备问题的同时更加安全稳定,有利于实现自动化、便捷化农药残留检测。 At present,the built-in heating layer of the multi-layer pesticide residue detection microfluidic paper chip designed based on the enzyme inhibition method uses the heat generation principle of quicklime in contact with water as the heat supply principle.The heat release is unstable,and the leakage affects the normal progress of the enzyme inhibition detection reaction.In view of the above problems,this paper chooses the safe and stable iron powder electrooxidation reaction as the heating principle to design the heating layer of the self-heating composite magnetic absorption microfluidic pesticide residue detection paper chip to ensure the temperature required for the enzyme reaction.Taking into account the heating effect,cost and paper chip volume,the parameters of the heating layer are optimized.The optimization result is:the diameter of the water inlet area is 20mm,the mixed powder contains 1.00g iron powder,0.10g activated carbon and 0.20g NaCl,and the water inlet volume is 100μL.The relative error after error compensation is 4.0%.The heat released by the heating layer can basically meet the temperature requirements for indoor enzyme inhibition detection during tea harvest.The design of the heating layer solves the problem that the paper-based microfluidic paper chip requires an external heating device,and is safer and more stable,which is conducive to the realization of automation and convenient pesticide residue detection.
