摘要 提出食品供应链质量安全风险因素,构建风险评价指标体系。鉴于食品质量安全事件小概率、大损失的特点,以扭曲风险测度为基础构建风险评价模型,运用组合赋权法对指标赋权,通过智能算法完成对权重的计算,从而度量出食品供应链总体和各环节的风险指数,并以此测度2016—2021年我国食品质量安全风险水平。研究结果显示:目前我国食品质量安全形势整体稳中向好发展,但仍有短暂波动。种植养殖环节风险呈上升趋势,生产加工、储藏运输环节风险呈下降趋势,销售消费环节风险存在波动,表明我国食品质量安全问题整体上仍需给予持续高度关注。 The propose risk factors for food supply chain quality and safety,and to construct a risk evaluation index system.In view of the characteristics of small probability and great loss of food safety incidents,a food supply chain safety risk assessment model was constructed based on the distortion risk measures,the index was weighted by the combination weighting method,and the calculation of the weight was completed through an intelligent algorithm,and finally a food supply chain safety risk assessment index model was established to assess the food safety risk in China from 2016 to 2021.The results show that China's overall food safety situation has a good momentum of stable growth,though with short-term fluctuations.Specifically,the risks in production,processing,storage and transportation are on a downward trend,the risks in sale and consumption fluctuate,and the risks in planting and breeding are relatively high.Therefore,food safety issues still need attention.
