摘要
为解决当前水务工程相关信息分散、参建各方协同难和共享难、建设和运维阶段数据难以衔接等问题,进一步促进水务工程建设和运维管理提质增效,在综合分析水务工程业主需求和BIM技术特点的基础上,面向业主需求构建基于BIM的水务工程全生命周期管理平台。该平台涵盖BIM模型、工程建设、工程运维管理等各项业务,实现水务工程全生命周期信息管理和传递,业务管理全过程横向贯通、纵向比较、在线监控和智能分析,并创新性推动建设全过程渐进式数字化移交,促进实体资产与数字资产双交付。目前平台部分功能已在实际中应用,在一定程度上解决水务工程建设和运维管理粗放、信息集成与协同困难等问题,进一步验证平台全生命周期理念的应用价值。
In order to solve current water engineering problems, such as scattered information, the difficulty of coordination and sharing of all parties involved, and the difficulty of connecting the data in the construction and operation and maintenance stage, and further promote the quality and efficiency of water engineering in the construction and operation and maintenance management, based on the comprehensive analysis of the demands of water engineering clients and the features of BIM technology, a full life cycle management platform of water engineering based on BIM is developed for the clients. The platform covers BIM model management, engineering construction management, engineering operation and maintenance management. It can realize the whole life cycle information management and transmission of water engineering, and the horizontal penetration, vertical comparison,online monitoring and intelligent analysis of the whole process of business management. The platform innovatively promotes the gradual digital transfer of the whole process of construction, and promotes the dual delivery of physical assets and digital assets. At present, some functions of the platform have been applied in practice. To a certain extent,it solves the problems of extensive construction and operation and maintenance management of water conservancy projects, information integration and coordination difficulties, and further verifies the application value of the whole life cycle concept of the platform.
