摘要
深圳市作为国家创新型城市,紧跟水务信息化建设的步伐,结合自身水务管理信息化改革发展的目的与需要,结合实际诉求设计制定智慧水务的应用体系建设方案。通过构建"1+3+N"的应用体系框架,提出能够满足为深圳市水务行业提供全面的、智能的、信息化的服务,为促进水务工作管理水平全面提升的建设方案。对深圳市智慧水务应用体系进行研究,分析应用体系的三层构架组成,并对体系应用后的预期效益进行探讨,为其他城市智慧水务应用体系建设提供借鉴参考。
As a national innovative city,Shenzhen closely following the pace of water information construction,designs the construction scheme of smart water application system in accordance with the purpose and needs of its own water management information reform and development,and with actual demands. Through the construction of "1+3+N" application system framework,a construction scheme is put forward that can satisfy the need of providing comprehensive,intelligent and information-based water services for Shenzhen water industry and promote the overall improvement of water management level. The design of smart water application system in Shenzhen is studied,and the three-tier structure of the application system is analyzed,and the expected benefits after the application of the system are discussed,so as to provide reference for the construction of smart water application system in other cities.
