导电环弹性部件压力检测技术研究

摘要 针对导电环弹性部件压力检测准确性不高、操作难度大的问题,提出了一种导电环弹性部件压力检测方法。以导电滑环刷丝和V形槽环片接触型式为典型研究对象,基于视觉检测技术通过CMOS相机采集图像,然后利用压力传感器获取刷丝与V形槽环片接触的压力值,最后对影响刷丝接触压力的三种不同因素分别进行实验检测。结果表明该方法同传统的检测方法有更精准的测量结果。通过此方法指导选择相应环片直径、电刷板安装距离以及刷丝角度,可提高刷丝与环体的接触性能的调试工艺,提升导电环的信号传输质量和使用寿命。 Aiming at the problems that the pressure detection accuracy of the conductive ring elastic part is not high and the operation is difficult,a pressure detection method of the conductive ring elastic part is proposed.Taking the contact type of the conductive slip ring brush wire and the V-groove ring piece as a typical research object,based on the visual inspection technology,the image is collected by a CMOS camera,and then the pressure value of the contact between the brush wire and the V-groove ring piece is obtained by a pressure sensor.Finally,t hree different factors that affect the contact pressure of the brush wire are tested and tested respectively.The results show that this method has more accurate measurement results than the traditional detection method.This method guides the selection of the diameter of the corresponding ring piece,the installation distance of the brush plate and the angle of the brush wire,which can improve the debugging process of the contact performance between the brush wire and the ring body,and improve the signal transmission quality and service life of the conductive ring.
