摘要
滑环是卫星的关键件,可靠性要求非常高,某卫星滑环采用盘式滑环方案取得成功。文中介绍了盘式滑环的技术特点、适用场合,冗余设计、降额设计、结构设计、热设计等可靠性设计方法的应用,以及为满足高可靠、长寿命在材料级和单机级所进行的验证试验。
Slip ring is a critical component of satellite, its high reliability is required. A disk slip ring concept is successfully implemented in one spaceborne satellite. In this paper, we introduce the technical characteristics and applications n of spaceborne disk slip ring. Its reliability design methods such as redundancy , derating, structure design, thermal design are discussed. High reliability and life test are also described at material and equipment level.
