摘要
目的:分析炙甘草汤加减治疗心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年8月广东省梅州市丰顺县中医院收治的心律失常患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予基础治疗,观察组给予炙甘草汤加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、相关指标及中医证候积分。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者6 min步行距离增加,硝酸甘油用量、心绞痛持续时间、心绞痛发作次数减少,且观察组6 min步行距离高于对照组,硝酸甘油用量、心绞痛持续时间、心绞痛发作次数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者心悸、口干、胸闷、纳差、失眠、乏力评分均降低,且观察组各项中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炙甘草加减治疗心律失常患者效果较佳,能够在提高治疗效果的同时加快患者的复康速度,缩短治疗时间,改善中医症状和临床相关指标。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Zhigancao Decoction in the treatment of arrhythmia patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with arrhythmia admitted to Fengshun County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Meizhou City of Guangdong Province from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was given modified Zhigancao Decoction.The treatment effect,related indicators and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6-min walking distance of the two groups increased,the dosage of nitroglycerin,the duration of angina pectoris and the number of angina pectoris attacks decreased,the 6-min walking distance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the dosage of nitroglycerin,the duration of angina pectoris,and the number of angina pectoris attacks were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of palpitation,dry mouth,chest tightness,poor appetite,insomnia,and fatigue of the two groups decreased,and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Zhigancao Decoction has a better effect in the treatment of arrhythmia patients,it can enhance treatment effect,improve the healing speed of patients,shorten the treatment time,and improve the TCM symptoms and clinical indicators.
