摘要
乡村振兴的关键是产业振兴,在农村产业振兴中,文旅产业有机融合,不仅契合了“十四五”时期关于文旅产业的发展目标,更能有力推动乡村振兴战略的实施。基于此从乡村振兴的角度来解读农村文化和旅游产业融合发展的重大意义及面临的问题,从5个层面探讨一条有效融合发展的途径:做好资源导向,完善乡村文旅规划运行机制;做好品牌引领,提升乡村文旅产业发展内涵;做好创新驱动,推动乡村文旅产业转型发展;做好区域协作,协调乡村文旅区域合作发展;做好优化服务,提高乡村文旅产业发展质量。
The key to rural revitalization is industrial revitalization.In the process of rural industrial revitalization,the organic integration of cultural and tourism industries not only conforms to the development goals of cultural and tourism industry in the 14th Five-Year Plan period,but also can effectively promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,the significance and problems of the integration and development of rural culture and tourism industry from the perspective of rural revitalization were interpreted.On this basis,an effective way of integrated development was discussed in this paper from the following five aspects,namely,do a good job of resource orientation and improve the operation mechanism of rural cultural tourism planning;do a good job of brand guidance and enhance the development connotation of rural cultural tourism industry;do a good job in driving innovation and promoting the transformation and development of rural cultural tourism industry;do a good job in regional cooperation and coordinate the development of regional cooperation in rural culture and tourism;do a good job in optimizing services and improving the development quality of rural cultural tourism industry.
