摘要
目的评价人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症的可行性和效果,为眼科术后干眼症治疗提供参考。方法选择我院眼科2018年6月至2019年6月收治的术后干眼症白内障患者86例,根据治疗方案分组,采取随机法。对照组与观察组各43例,对照组患者采取妥布霉素滴眼液等常规治疗,观察组患者配合应用人工泪液治疗。比较两组患者的治疗情况,包括治疗效果以及泪液分泌(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、自觉症状评分。结果组间治疗前,两组干眼症患者的SIT、BUT、自觉症状评分差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。组间治疗后比较治疗前干眼症患者相关指标改善,且观察组患者指标改善幅度更大,P<0.05。组间治疗总有效率比较,观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(95.34%vs.79.06%),P<0.05。结论白内障患者术后干眼症并发症情况明显,严重影响患者术后恢复情况和生活质量。常规治疗配合人工泪液治疗在改善干眼症患者症状体征方面的效果显著,患者耐受且恢复情况良好,是有效的治疗方案。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effect of artificial tears in treating dry eye after cataract surgery,so as to provide reference for the treatment of dry eye after ophthalmology surgery.Methods The postoperative dry eye cataract 86 patients admitted to the department of ophthalmology of our hospital during the period of June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomized according to the treatment plan.There were 43 cases of xerophthalmia in the control group and the observation group respectively.The patients with xerophthalmia in the control group were treated with tobramycin eye drops,and the patients with xerophthalmia in the observation group were treated with artificial tears.The treatment status of two groups of patients with dry eye after cataract surgery was compared,including treatment effect,tear secretion(SIT),tear membrane rupture time(BUT),and self-perceived symptom score.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in SIT,BUT and perceived symptoms scores.After treatment,the correlation indexes of patients with xerophthalmia before treatment were improved,and the improvement range of the indexes of patients in the observation group was larger,P<0.05.The total effective rate of treatment was higher in the observation group(95.34%vs.79.06%),P<0.05.Conclusion The complications of dry eye syndrome in cataract patients are obvious,which affects the postoperative recovery and quality of life.Conventional treatment combined with artificial tears has a significant effect on improving the symptoms and signs of patients with xerophthalmia,and the patients have a good tolerance and recovery,so it is an effective treatment scheme.
