摘要
“双碳背景下”作为老工业基地的天津,面临着传统制造业高质量发展和绿色低碳转型两大挑战,而数字经济作为一种新兴产业,对制造业的转型升级有着越来越重要的作用。本文基于2011-2019年天津市的面板数据,构建了传统制造业、数字经济以及绿色产业的耦合发展评价体系,并用熵值法分析三者的耦合协调水平。研究发现,数字经济对天津市传统制造业和绿色产业的耦合协调性有较大的正向影响,但绿色产业与传统制造业和数字经济的关联性较小。基于结论,本文提出天津市应充分利用数字经济,加大绿色产业的发展力度,优化碳减排放政策设计,引导传统制造企业创新。
As an old industrial base in the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,Tianjin faces two challenges:high-quality development and green-oriented transition of traditional manufacturing industry,while the digital economy,as a new industry,plays an increasingly important role in transforming and upgrading the manufacturing industry.Based on the panel data of Tianjin from 2011 to 2019,this paper constructs a coupling development evaluation system of the traditional manufacturing,digital economy,and green industries.It also analyzes the coupling coordination level of the three with the entropy method.It is found that the digital economy has a greater positive impact on the coupling coordination of traditional manufacturing and green industry in Tianjin.In contrast,the green industry is less correlated with the other two.This paper concludes that Tianjin should fully use the digital economy to increase the development of green industries,optimize the design of carbon emission reduction policies,and guide the innovation of the traditional manufacturing industry.
