摘要
推动制造业和服务业融合发展是增强长江经济带核心竞争力、实现经济高质量发展的重要途径。综合考虑空间因素和功效函数,改进耦合协调度模型,测算长江经济带108个城市制造业和服务业融合发展水平,采用空间面板杜宾模型检验长江经济带制造业和服务业融合发展水平的影响因素。研究结果表明:长江经济带制造业和服务业融合发展水平高于全国均值,但距优质协调融合水平仍有一定差距;长江经济带制造业和服务业融合发展水平的“追赶”效应尚不明显,制造业和服务业融合发展水平提升受空间位置、产业集聚和转移等多种因素共同影响,各因素空间溢出效应存在较大差异。推动长江经济带高质量发展,应高度重视制造业和服务业融合发展,基于长江经济带各地区制造业和服务业发展现状制定阶段性针对性支持政策,充分发挥产业空间外部性,加快制造业和服务业融合发展进程。
Promoting the integrated development of manufacturing and service industry is an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of Yangtze River economic belt and achieve high-quality economic development.Comprehensively considering spatial factors and efficiency functions,the coupling coordination model is improved and the integrated development level of manufacturing and service industries in 108 cities in the Yangtze River economic belt is measured.The spatial panel Dubin model is used to find the factors that influence the integrated development level of manufacturing and service industries in Yangtze River economic belt.The results show that the integration development level of the manufacturing industry and service industry in Yangtze River economic belt is higher than the national average,but there is still a certain gap from high-quality coordination and integration.Its “catch-up”effect is not obvious yet,and its improvement is affected by multiple common factors such as spatial location,and industrial agglomeration and transfer.The spatial spillover effect of each factor is quite different.To promote the high-quality development of Yangtze River economic belt,we should attach great importance to the integrated development of manufacturing and service industries.Based on the current development situation of manufacturing industry and service industry in various regions of Yangtze River economic belt,we should formulate phased and targeted support policies,give full play to the industrial space externality,and accelerate the integrated development process of manufacturing industry and service industry.
