摘要
学校的日常管理项目较多,有晚修纪律管理、周一升旗仪式的纪律管理、课室卫生、包干区卫生、宿舍卫生情况管理等。校长、中层干部、班主任每天都要查看这些数据,以往许多年都是用人工记录的方法,计算及汇总时间长,处理周期长。为了提高班级管理效率,本文对使用微信进行辅助管理进行了研究,利用微信小程序将每天各项常规班级管理工作内容写入数据库,运用大数据技术进行数据的统计,班主任再通过微信小程序查询班级数据的系统。该系统设计采用前后端分离,前端可以实现学生对采样数据的录入,老师对数据的查询,后端数据库进行数据存贮、变更、提取,学期末进行数据的综合汇总,从而为学校的信息化管理提供强力支持。
There are many daily management items in the school,including the discipline management of evening training,the discipline management of Monday flag raising ceremony,classroom health,contracted area health,dormitory health management,etc.The principals,middle-level cadres and class teachers check these data every day.In the past,for many years,the method of manual recording was used.The calculation and summary took a long time and the processing cycle was long.In order to improve the efficiency of class management,the use of wechat for auxiliary management is studied.Wechat applet is used to write the contents of daily routine class management into the database,and big data technology is used for data statistics.The head teacher then queries the class data through wechat applet.The design of the system adopts front-end and back-end separation.The front-end can realize the students’input of sampling data,the teachers’query of data,the back-end database for data storage,change and extraction,and the comprehensive summary of data at the end of the semester,so as to provide strong support for the information management of the school.
