紧凑拉伸试样重组技术基础研究

Basic research on reconstitution technology of compact tensile specimen

摘要 通过试样重组技术,可以有效利用有限的辐照监督材料,以获取对应更长服役期限的材料断裂韧性数据。该文针对反应堆压力容器材料16MND5,采用电子束焊接进行试样重组,并为获得试样重组前后力学性能比对,开展重组前后试样的金相、维氏硬度及断裂韧性等测试。此外,在开展重组试样室温断裂韧性试验时利用数字图像相关技术获取试验过程中试样表面应变演化规律和塑性区范围,与重组前试样断裂测试裂纹尖端塑性区范围相对比,发现裂纹尖端应变场分布受焊缝影响较大,即材料塑性变形并未限制在焊缝区之内的重组材料段,但重组试样获得材料断裂性能特征值受辅助材料和重组材料-辅助材料连接界面的影响较小,故该重组试样技术可有效解决RPV辐照监督样品不足的工程实际难题。 The limited irradiation surveillance materials could be used efficiently by the specimen reconstitution technology to obtain more fracture toughness data equivalent to longer service years.In this paper,electron beam welding were subjected on specimen reconstitution of the RPV materials 16MND5 and then mechanical properties were investigated on specimens before and after specimen reconstitution by metallograhical inspection,Vickers hardness and fracture toughness tests.In addition,the digital image correlation(DIC)technology was applied in fracture toughness tests of the reconstituted specimens at room temperature to obtain the surface strain evolution law and plastic zone range,which were compared with plastic zone range of crack tip in unreconstituted specimens.The results indicated that strain distributions of crack tip were greatly affected by the weld,that is,the plastic deformation was not limited in reconstituted material within the weld area.However,supporting materials and connection interface between reconstituted and supporting materials had less influence on the characteristic value of fracture toughness obtained from reconstituted specimens.Therefore,specimen reconstitution technology could effectively solve the practical engineering problem of insufficient RPV irradiation surveillance materials.
