摘要
对某核电厂4台柴油机主贮油罐地脚螺栓进行抽样检测,发现部分螺栓的冲击性能不满足技术要求,需对每根地脚螺栓进行性能复验。由于螺栓经过二次浇灌预埋在混凝土基础内,部分螺栓无法完整取样,需要采用试样重组技术制备标准试样,该技术难度较高,费用也高;或直接对贮油罐进行整体加固,此方法施工难度大、费用高。为了解决该问题,对地脚螺栓硬度、金相组织与力学性能之间的关系进行了分析和验证,提出一种通过简单现场检测掌握地脚螺栓实际性能的方法。采用上述方法对有抗震要求的4台柴油机贮油罐地脚螺栓进行复验,并对存在不合格螺栓的贮油罐进行了强度校核,证明不需要采取工程加固措施。该结论得到国家核安全局的认可。
Sampling tests were carried out on the anchor bolts of four diesel engine oil storage tanks in a nuclear power plant.It was found that the impact performance of some bolts did not meet the technical requirements,and the performance of each anchor bolt should be re-examined.Since the bolts are pre-buried in the concrete foundation through secondary watering,some bolts cannot be completely sampled,and it is necessary to prepare standard samples by using sample recombination technology,which is difficult and costly;or directly strengthens the oil storage tank,this method is also difficulty and costly.In order to solve this problem,the relationship among anchor bolt hardness,metallographic structure and mechanical properties was analyzed and verified,and a method to understand the actual performance of anchor bolts by simple on-site inspection was proposed.The above method was used to re-inspect the anchor bolts of four diesel oil storage tanks with seismic requirements,and the strength of the oil storage tank with unqualified bolts was checked,which proved that no engineering reinforcement measures were needed.This conclusion is approved by China National Nuclear Safety Administration.
