植物生长调节剂ABT处理对藤本月季扦插生根效果的影响及其相关性和主成分分析 被引量:3

Effects of Plant Growth Regulator ABT on Rooting of Climbing Rose Cuttings and the Correlations and Principal Components Analysis

摘要 探讨植物生长调节剂ABT处理对藤本月季“大游行”扦插生根效果的影响,为藤本月季扩大繁育提供一定的技术参考。采用盆栽扦插试验方法,对当年生半木质化的藤本月季“大游行”插穗在0(CK)、50、100、150、200 mg/L不同ABT浓度处理下扦插生根指标变化进行研究及其相关性和主成分分析。结果表明,随ABT浓度的增加,“大游行”扦插生根率、平均生根数量、平均根长及最长根长均呈先升高后降低的趋势,不同ABT浓度对各生根指标的影响达显著或极显著水平。在ABT浓度100 mg/L时,生根率、平均生根数量、平均根长及最长根长达到最大值,分别为51.67%、22.73条/株、5.35 cm、23.00 cm,生根效果最好。相关性分析结果表明,ABT浓度与平均生根数量的相关系数达0.853,说明两者之间具有紧密关系,但与生根率、平均根长、最长根长的相关性较小。且主成分分析表明,第一主成分主要包括生根率、平均根长、最长根长,载荷分别为0.896、0.888、0.824;而第二主成分主要包括平均生根数量,载荷为0.934。因此,ABT 100 mg/L为藤本月季“大游行”插穗扦插生根的最佳浓度,平均生根数量可作为扦插生根的重要参考指标。 The effects of plant growth regulator ABT on rooting of climbing rose cuttings were explored in order to provide technical reference for the expanded breeding of climbing rose.Using the method of pot cutting experiment,the changes of cutting rooting indexes of climbing rose‘Parade’were studied under different ABT concentrations(0,50,100,150 and 200 mg/L)for 1 hour on semi-lignified cuttings of current year and the correlations and principal components were analysed.The results showed that the rooting rate,average rooting number,average root length and longest root length of climbing rose‘Parade’cuttings increased first and then decreased with the increase of ABT concentrations.The effects of different ABT concentrations on rooting indexes reached a significant or extremely significant level.At the ABT concentration of 100 mg/L,the rooting rate,average rooting number,average root length and longest root length reached the maximum,which were 51.67%,22.73 pieces/plant,5.35 cm and 23.00 cm respectively.The rooting effects were the best.The correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between ABT concentrations and average rooting number was 0.853,indicating a close relationship between them.However,ABT concentrations had little correlation with rooting rate,average root length and longest root length.The principal component analysis showed that the first principal component mainly included rooting rate,average root length and longest root length,and the loads were 0.896,0.888 and 0.824 respectively,while the second principal component mainly included the average rooting number,and the load was 0.934.Therefore,ABT 100 mg/L was the best concentration for the rooting of climbing rose‘Parade’cuttings,and the average rooting number could be used as an important reference index for rooting of cuttings.
