摘要
在全光喷雾条件下,采用50、100和150mg/L共3个浓度的IBA处理藤本月季插穗各30、60和90min,综合对生根率、生根数量和新根长度等分析结果表明,以50mg/L IBA处理插穗30min生根效果最好,生根率达91.7%,平均根数9.8条,平均新根长度13.2cm,且根系发达、健壮。
The 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L and 150 mg/L IBA treatment were sutdied with Climbing rose cutting of 30, 60 and 90 min under the condition of spraying in the full light. According to the comprehensive analysis of rooting percentage, root number, and new root length, the rooting effect of cutting treated with 50 mg/L [BA for 30 min was best, the rooting percentage reached 91.7%, had 9.8 average root, the average new root length reached 13.2 cm, the root system developed and robust.
