摘要
随着高等教育大众化的发展,在校大学生数量日益增加,高校住宿的压力也与日俱增。在高校后勤社会化和教学改革深入实施的背景下,学生公寓逐渐成为学生生活作息和学习交流的重要场所,发展为“第一课堂”外的重要育人场所。基于目前后疫情时代的新视角,将大学生思想政治教育工作和公寓社区网格化管理进行“分解—研究—融合”,构建大学生公寓思想政治工作社区网格化管理新模式。
With the popularization of higher education,the number of college students is increasing,and the pressure of college accommodation is also increasing day by day.Under the background of the socialization of college logistics and the in-depth implementation of teaching reform,student apartments have gradually become an important place for student’s daily life,study and communication.It has also developed into an important education place other than the“first classroom”.Based on the new perspective of the current post-epidemic era,the method of“decomposition—research—integration”is adopted to carry out ideological and political education of college students based on the grid management of apartments.Therefore,a new mode of grid management of ideological and political education in college students’apartments has been formed.
