Effects of Different Oral Restoration Materials on Mucosal Healing and Bone Defect Regeneration after Oral Implant-guided Bone Regeneration

摘要 目的探讨不同口腔修复材料对口腔种植引导性骨再生术后黏膜愈合和骨缺损再生的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月在漳州市中医院就诊的64例行口腔种植引导性骨再生术的患者,以双盲法将其分为对照组和试验组,各32例。对照组采用Bio-Oss骨粉引导骨再生,试验组采用富自体浓缩生长因子-血纤维蛋白联合Bio-Oss骨粉引导骨再生,对两组术后种植体成功率、手术区域黏膜愈合程度、骨缺损再生情况及并发症发生情况进行对比分析。结果两组种植体成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组黏膜颜色、肿胀度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组种植体周围软组织出血指数、探诊深度低于对照组,植骨高度、成骨厚度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔种植引导性骨再生术中联合应用富自体浓缩生长因子-血纤维蛋白、Bio-Oss骨粉,有助于促进术后患者口腔黏膜愈合和骨缺损再生,同时可减轻患者术后疼痛感,减少并发症的发生风险,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the effects of different oral restoration materials on mucosal healing and bone defect regeneration after oral implant guided bone regeneration.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,64 patients with oral implant guided bone regeneration were randomly selected.The patients were divided into two groups by double-blind method.They were guided by Bio-Oss bone powder(conventional group,32 cases)and autologous concentrated growth factor fibrin combined with Bio-Oss bone powder(experimental group,32 cases),The success rate of implant,the degree of mucosal healing in the operation area,the regeneration of bone defect and the incidence of complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in implant success rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower(P<0.05);Compared with the routine group,the scores of mucosal color and swelling in the experimental group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the bleeding index and probing depth of soft tissue around implant in the experimental group were significantly lower,and the height and thickness of bone graft were significantly higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the postoperative pain score of the experimental group was lower,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of autologous concentrated growth factor fibrin and Bio-Oss bone powder in oral implant-guided bone regeneration is helpful to the healing of oral mucosa and bone defect regeneration,reduce postoperative pain and reduce the risk of complications,and has high clinical value.
